Offical Clothing Fair 2010-Press Release

The Clothing Fair commitee is proud to announce the dates for Second Life's 4th Annual Clothing Fair benefitting Relay for Life. Events are set to launch on Saturday, March 13th at 3pm slt and run 24/7 through Sunday, March 21, 2010 when the doors must close at 9pm SLT.

The Clothing Fair began as a dream three years ago with 34 stores participating in this event for Relay for Life. Since that date, it has grown to over 150 designers over 9 sims and has raised over 11 million Linden Dollars for RFL.

This year is no different. Prepare to be immersed in 8 of the greatest "Fashion Cities of the World" surrounding a center sim patterned after the UN Sculpture Gardens containing sculptures from some of SL's most talented artists.

We have some of the cream of the crop coming together in the fashion world of Second Life bringing designs from all over the world to this virtual shopping experience. Each of these designers dedicate months of time getting ready for this event. They are all committed to raising as much money for Relay for Life as possible.

This year we are again inviting the Live Musicians and DJ's of Second Life to join us. Covering 24/ 7 through-out the fair, fundraising, and letting us all know just what can be found through-out the 9 sims.

The Clothing Fair 2010 promises to be even better than ever, featuring:

I love the Now and Then Callenge from Sophia Harlow . I bought the little black dress from Blaze after my birth 2007.
One of my first purchases. A very classic dress. Omg i wear it again in 2010. And it looks beautiful !

The heigh heels are from Digit Darkes. I met her in my first days on her sim and she had given me the high heels as gift. I was so happy :). My skin is from Tap and the Hair is from Calla.

Unter den Bloggern findet gerade die von Sophia Harlow ins Leben gerufene Now and Then Callenge statt. Na, da dachte ich schau mal in dein Inventar ob ich auch noch einen Style finde, den in Anfang 2007 getragen habe.

In meiner Anfangszeit habe ich viel Zeit in verschiedenen Ballsälen und Partys verbracht. Das kleine schwarze Abendkleid von Blaze war eins der ersten Kleider die ich in Secondlife gekauft habe.

Die High Heels sind von Digit Darkes die ich in der ersten Woche meines Secondlife Lebens auf ihrer Sim getroffen habe. Als ich sie fragte, wo ich solche High Heels bekomme kann hat sie mir die Digit Darkes Charlotte Heels geschenkt. Man war ich da glücklich :) Die Haare sind von Calla und der Skin ist von TAP ( heute 5th Oxford)

Jedes halbe Jah warte ich sehnsüchtig auf die neue Kollektion von Paper Couture. Das is einfach Kult. Paper Couture kommt jede Saison mit neuer Kleidung , Schmuck, Haaren, usw. alles aufeinnader abgestimmt. Die Winterkollektion ist eine"Omage" an die großen Hollywood Stars der 30, 40 und 50 Jahre . Ich trage auf dem Bild den weiße Hosenanzug "p.c; Snowdrift Suit".

Die Tableau Sim wurde mit der neuen Kollektion wieder komplett umgestaltet und ihr solltet da auf jeden Fall vorbeigehen.
